Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the EasyX extension, website, and related services.
Last updated: June 4, 2026
Service Description
EasyX is a tool that lets you sync, back up, and organize your own X (Twitter) bookmarks and likes through a browser extension and web dashboard. You may only use it to access data from an X account that you own or are authorized to use.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your EasyX account and your X session, and for all activity that occurs under your credentials.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use EasyX only with your own X account and in compliance with X's Terms of Service and applicable laws. You will not use the service to access other users' data, scrape data at scale, interfere with the service, or attempt unauthorized access.
Third-Party Services
EasyX is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by X Corp. (Twitter). X is a third-party service governed by its own terms; your use of X through the extension remains subject to those terms, and X may change its platform at any time in ways that affect EasyX.
Intellectual Property
All service content, branding, and software are protected by applicable intellectual property laws unless otherwise stated. The bookmarks and likes you sync remain yours.
Billing and Refunds
Paid plans are billed according to selected terms. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable after the billing cycle starts.
Disclaimers
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, as X may change or restrict its platform at any time.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms or use the service in a harmful manner.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
